Sift Deals is operated by Sift Deals, Inc. ("Sift Deals," "we," "us," or "our"). We curate deals on baby and family products sold by third-party retailers such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart. We are not the seller of any product listed on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a Sift Deals account. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@siftdeals.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Many of the links on Sift Deals are affiliate links. When you click a deal and make a purchase at the linked retailer, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Sift Deals is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and similar affiliate programs with other retailers.

Affiliate relationships never influence which deals we feature — products are selected on their merit, price history, and reviews.

Prices, availability, and product details are provided by the retailers and can change without notice. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any price, discount, coupon, or product will be available when you visit the retailer.

All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer. Their terms, shipping policies, returns, and warranties apply — not ours. Sift Deals is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or safety of any product purchased through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law;
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes another party's rights;
• Use automated means to create accounts or manipulate deal metrics.

The Sift Deals name, logo, brand marks, deal write-ups, editorial selections, curation, and site design are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without restriction. Any deal submissions or comments you post must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sift Deals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that prices and product information will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sift Deals and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll give you notice — for example, by posting a banner on the site or emailing the address on your account. Your continued use of the Service after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
